Your data is yours.

Your financial data is encrypted when saved and in transit. The app decrypts it as needed to let you view and manage your plan, run projections and explore choices.

• Encrypted when saved. Your financial plan is stored in encrypted form, with a key unique to your account.
• Encrypted in transit. Encryption protects your information as it travels between your device and Durendo.

Two-step sign-in and passkeys are available. Turn them on in your account.

Durendo does not sell your financial data or use it for advertising.

Durendo is built so that only you can view your financial data. Not even Durendo staff. Staff see only account and service information, and any messages you choose to send us.

Administrative changes to account access are recorded for accountability.

• Account information. Your email address and account status help us manage your access and respond to account questions.
• Service activity. Basic account activity and setup progress help us keep the service working and support you.
• Optional usage information. Records of which features are used help us improve Durendo. They do not contain your financial data.
• Messages you choose to send. The app does not add your financial data to feedback. Staff can read the messages and screenshots you choose to send, so include only information you are comfortable sharing with support.
